not as good as the old version but still better than the rest September 10, 2010

If I had never tried any other pampers before these I would give them a 5, but I too liked the old cruisers more. So my rating is a 4.

I continue to purchase cruisers with dry max because we have never had a leak while using them, and fortunately, my daughter has not had any signs of the rash or burn that is being attributed to these by some people. True, they aren't as "soft" as the old version, but I dont think they are NOT soft by any means. My daughter seems more comfortable in these than any other diapers I have tried, and I have tried them all. They are thinner and less bulky and have a much better fit than any other diaper I have used. They dont sag and fall down like other diapers to allow gaps for leaks. Since I use pampers overnight diapers at night, I cant tell you anything about how these work over 10-12 hour periods. Every diaper I have tried leaks through a little at night though. To get the minimum soak through, I buy a size up in pampers overnights.

let me begin by saying i ADORED the original pampers cruisers for my twin boys. so when my daughter was born, i already had my diaper preferences set. then horror of horrors - procter and gamble had the nerve to *change* my beloved diapers before my younger daughter was potty trained! well, i have to admit these diapers still work very well overnight and all through the day. imho diapers work best if they contour to your child's tush, and in that respect pampers has not changed the basic shape of their diaper. yes, i believe there are slightly less absorption gel beads than the old pampers. however, i don't think this takes away from how awesome and effective pampers are as diapers. the old pampers allowed me to go 3-4 hrs without changing a pee diaper. while that was nice, it's also kind of gross once i thought more about it. the max with my dd is about 3 hours, but with the snug fit and comfortable waistband and gathers, i'd take the new pampers dry-max over huggies/luvs/etc any day!

Cruisers work well for us (while baby dry do not). With the new amazon mom program, you cannot find these diapers for less (30% off usual price). Wonderful to have them delivered to my door free as well!

These are really the best diapers you can place on your toddler's bottom. They rarely if ever leak and they are easy to put on and take off. Using the Target store brand, and some other brands always seems to leave my daughter with diaper rash or sores, but that has almost never happened with the Pampers Cruisers. Buying the diapers through subscribe & save can save you quite a bit of money too.
